DESCRIPTION: With much anticpation we are pleased to release the  The 2012 All New Davy Jones Proteus!! Based on a CG-1 profile it has a large barrel, massive hitting surface and a long neck with a tapered handle.

The Proteus (patent pending) has a solid wood internal core with a Maple barrel that is hand boned and hardened with a carbon fiber reinforced handle. This bats core is laminated before the maple which is what sets this bat apart from all the rest. It is mean and drops bombs on the outfield. Using a Proteus is like coming to a game with an attitude on steriods. The Proteus comes cupped to a -2 to -3 oz give or take a half ounce and with a 3 month manufactures warranty.
